Zijah Rašidagić Fund
Empowering the next generation of innovators in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
At ZIRA, we recognize the transformative power of quality education and hands-on training for young talents in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Investing in their growth not only shapes their individual futures but also paves the way for our nation’s progress. With knowledge and dedication, these young minds have the potential to make a lasting impact on society, contributing to a more prosperous and innovative future.
Our commitment to social responsibility is deeply rooted in the visionary principles of our founder, Mr. Zijah Rašidagić. His dream was not just to build a successful local company, but to create a globally significant and recognized IT product. In 1996, as an electrical engineer, Mr. Rašidagić adopted the motto “Nulla dies sine linea” (No day without a line), guiding a small team of talented young engineers through challenges and milestones. This relentless pursuit of excellence has since established ZIRA as a world-renowned provider of top-tier telecom industry solutions.
He believed in making a difference and creating opportunities for career growth right here in Bosnia and Herzegovina. His legacy lives on in everything we do.
