ZIRA supported mass reforestation action of the government of Sarajevo Canton

This action, organized and implemented by the Sarajevo Canton Ministry of Economy, aims at planting 500,000 young trees.

Caring for our planet, caring for our community, and caring for a human being within it has always been one of the elements of the ZIRA culture, so it is no surprise that many of its staff participated in the action together with their families.

We are grateful to KJP “Sarajevo-šume” doo Sarajevo for great cooperation and expert support. On Saturday, we planted 𝟭𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝘀𝗽𝗿𝘂𝗰𝗲 saplings at the location of Dejčići on the Bjelašnica mountain. We are exceptionally proud of the environmental awareness and volunteering spirit, but above all, the altruism of our staff and their families.

We would like to thank all who participated in the action and announce a new one in spring. Forests are the lungs of our planet, and we must care for them.
